Embroidered
The classic, digitized in-house
Thread on twill, merrowed or laser-cut edge. Because we digitize the file ourselves, the stitch quality is set before the first patch is made.
Iron-on
Heat-seal backing, no sewing
Embroidered or woven patches with a heat-activated adhesive. Press for a few seconds and they stay put through the wash.
Woven
Fine detail, thin profile
Woven thread instead of stitched, so small text and thin lines stay crisp. Labels, name tags, sleeve badges and anything with a lot of detail.
Leather
Debossed, engraved, sewn on
Genuine or PU leather with your mark pressed in. Caps, denim, bags and premium workwear.
PVC rubber
Waterproof, 2D or 3D
Moulded rubber with layered colour. Tactical gear, outdoor brands, morale patches and anything that gets wet.
Bag tags
Embroidered tags and keychains
Names, initials and logos on tags for luggage, kits, school bags and merch. Small runs for events and teams.

Design and mockup
Share your design with us, and we prepare a mockup for your approval before production.
Digitizing and file delivery
For embroidered patches, we provide the digitizing file. For chenille and other patch types, we provide the relevant production file where applicable.
Approval before production
We share the mockup and available sample for your review. Production begins only after your final approval.
Production and worldwide shipping
Once approved, your patches move into production and are shipped directly to your doorstep, worldwide.
