The studio

We work at the machine, not just the screen.

The Artisan started with digitizing: turning artwork into stitch files that run clean the first time. Everything else we make grew out of that one discipline.

Why digitizing first

Most studios that sell patches, caps or jackets send the embroidery file out to someone else. We are the someone else. Digitizing is our specialty, and it means the stitch quality of everything we make is decided in-house, before a single piece goes into production.

That is also why the logos we design translate to thread without surprises, why our caps and patches arrive looking like the mockup, and why we can tell you honestly when a design needs simplifying before it is stitched at 2.5 inches.

The rule we keep on every job is simple: you approve a mockup first. Production, printing and manufacturing start only after that.

How we work

Mockup before production

Every service, every time. You see the cap, the patch, the card or the cover before it exists. Nothing is produced on an assumption.

Real materials, examined

Genuine leather is guaranteed on jackets, and you can order a sample first. Patches and caps ship with a sample where available.

Worldwide, to your door

Patches, caps, cards and jackets ship directly to your doorstep. Digital work is delivered in the formats your machine, printer or publisher needs.
