Embroidery digitizing, our specialty
Your logo, stitch by stitch.
Hand-digitized embroidery files set up for the fabric, the size and the machine they will actually run on. Production-ready, with a mockup before anything is stitched.
What digitizing actually is
A machine cannot read a logo. It reads a sequence of needle positions, thread changes, densities and underlay. Digitizing is the craft of translating your artwork into that sequence so it stitches clean the first time.
We set stitch direction by hand so satin catches light the way it should, add pull compensation so lettering does not close up on pique or fleece, and plan underlay so the design sits flat on caps and stretch fabrics. Automated conversion skips all of that; you see the difference the moment it runs.
Every file ships with a stitch-out preview, the stitch count and colour sequence, and a mockup on your garment for approval.

Client file in. Stitches out.
Two real jobs. Drag the needle, or just watch it move. The left side is the stitched result on fabric; the right side is the artwork exactly as the client sent it.

Yes. 3D puff for raised cap lettering and bold logos starts at $12, and appliqué digitizing for fabric-filled designs starts at $20.
Always. You review a mockup of the digitized design before the final file is delivered, so nothing goes onto fabric that you have not approved.
