The Artisan (theartisanwork.com) provides embroidery digitizing, vector and DTF artwork, custom patches, embroidered caps, logo design, business cards, leather jackets, websites and e-books to customers worldwide.

What we collect
We collect only what we need to quote and make your order.
- What you send us. Your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), the service you pick, quantity or size, your project details and any artwork or files you attach.
- Delivery details. For orders we ship, the name, address and phone number the courier needs to reach you.
- Messages. What you send us by email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok, and the profile name you use there.
- Basic technical data. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time, to keep the site secure and running.
This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and its fonts are hosted on our own server. Your browser keeps a small session note so the intro animation only plays once per visit. It holds nothing about you.
How we use it
- To answer your request, send a quote and prepare your mockup.
- To make, print, stitch or build your order, and to ship it.
- To handle payments, revisions, support and any problems after delivery.
- To ask for feedback on the work, and to tell you about something directly related to your order.
- To keep this website safe and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Your artwork and files
Artwork, logos and photos you send stay yours. We use them only to do your job. Once an order is finished, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and on our social channels. We never show your contact details with it, and if you would rather we did not show your work at all, tell us and we will keep it private.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, files and messages for as long as we need them to deliver the work, handle revisions and answer questions afterwards, and for as long as the law requires us to keep records. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can email us at any time to:
- ask what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date, such as a new phone number or address;
- ask us to delete your information, unless we need to keep a record by law;
- stop any follow-up or promotional messages.
Please keep your details up to date with us so orders reach you.
Keeping it safe
We use reasonable technical and practical measures to protect your information. No website or email is perfectly secure, so please do not send payment card numbers or passwords by email or chat.

Our site links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

The text, design, images and graphics on this website belong to The Artisan unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy, republish or reuse them without our written permission.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you directly.
